Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and long-term strategic vision for AI integration across all business units.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in integrating advanced AI solutions into core product and service offerings.
- Governance & Ethics: Oversee the development of robust AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical AI usage and compliance with global regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage high-level relationships with C-suite executives, investors, and external partners to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate shifts in the competitive landscape and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, or technical leadership within the technology sector.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
