- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and future-proof our business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven experience with future-trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and emerging tech ecosystems
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
