Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizational resilience for future disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough projects with 5+ year horizons
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact beyond traditional metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of climate-tech and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (CFP) preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable technology
