Responsibilities

- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel deep learning models and generative AI algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into our core products seamlessly.
- Quantum Integration: Explore and prototype hybrid quantum-classical computing models to enhance current AI capabilities.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all systems.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and present at industry conferences to define the future of technology.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs) and neural network optimization.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing or edge AI deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions with limited constraints.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
