Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term AI research and development strategy to align with the company's 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers in advancing Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
- Product Integration: Translate complex AI research into scalable, user-centric product features.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) and assess their viability for integration.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Depth: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and large-scale model training.
- Innovation: Proven track record of innovating in ambiguous, high-impact environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
