Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and model pipelines.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, addressing bias and transparency in models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with MLOps, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
