Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on scalable neural network infrastructures.
- Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance reasoning capabilities and reduce hallucination rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ethics, and Security) to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Implement cutting-edge reinforcement learning techniques to improve agent autonomy.
- Conduct deep research into quantum computing integration for future AI model training.
- Oversee code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying high-performance AI models at scale.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for explaining complex technical concepts.
