Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on long-term scalability and adaptability.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development in cutting-edge Deep Learning methodologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and strategy for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly, production-ready applications.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models, ensuring low latency, high availability, and robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with at least 5 years specifically in advanced AI/ML development.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Innovation: A proven track record of shipping production-level AI products and patents.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for solving unsolved problems in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
