Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional customer service
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room logistics
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and office management systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding new employees and vendor coordination

Qualifications
