Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Perform high-volume data entry for CRM systems and client databases with 99%+ accuracy
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and coordinate executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and document management
- Collaborate with finance department for invoice processing and expense tracking
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and shared workspaces
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
