Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and route calls to appropriate departments
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, inventory, and correspondence
- Greet visitors professionally and coordinate meeting schedules
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict attention to detail
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Assist with basic office tasks like supply inventory and document scanning
- Support administrative team with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
