- Manage multi-line phone system, professionally route calls, and take accurate messages
- Greet and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate front desk operations, including mail handling, package deliveries, and supply management
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and ensure professional ambiance
- Support administrative tasks including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Assist with new hire onboarding processes and orientation logistics
- Collaborate with administrative team to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
