Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, equipment setup, and catering services for corporate clients
- Maintain visitor logs, manage incoming/outgoing mail/packages, and process deliveries
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and calendar management
- Assist with office supply inventory, light facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and professional environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in receptionist or customer service role
