Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner; take accurate messages as needed.
- Mail and Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage internal and external correspondence efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to ensure smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office tasks to support the administrative team.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the front desk area and conference rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
