- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and directed appropriately.
- Manage incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette, routing them to the correct department or person.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle front-desk inquiries and resolve basic customer issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
