- Coordinate office logistics: supply inventory, meeting room bookings, and equipment maintenance
- Execute digital and administrative tasks: data entry, report generation, and document filing
- Support HR initiatives: onboarding paperwork processing and employee inquiries coordination
- Uphold brand standards through professional communication and office presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or customer service experience
