Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- Greet and screen visitors with professional demeanor and discretion
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with vendor coordination and facility maintenance requests
- Support administrative functions including document preparation and filing
- Maintain secure visitor access protocols and visitor management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years executive receptionist or high-level administrative experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with composure
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)
