Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule complex meetings across departments
- Greet and screen all visitors with premium client service standards
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping logistics
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Support office inventory management and supply procurement
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
