- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Prepare confidential correspondence and administrative documents
- Support HR functions onboarding new hires and processing paperwork
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of executive reception experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
