Responsibilities
- Manage executive-level front desk operations including call screening, appointment scheduling, and visitor management
- Coordinate complex calendar management for executive team across multiple time zones
- Oversee conference room bookings and ensure executive meeting readiness
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with vendor coordination and office supply inventory management
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation and expense report processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive receptionist or high-level administrative experience
