Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls, transferring inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate executive calendar management and meeting logistics for 15+ personnel
- Process visitor registrations and maintain secure access control protocols
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor procurement processes
- Prepare executive correspondence and confidential documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in executive/front desk reception roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (Calendly, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage competing priorities with grace under pressure
- Knowledge of office protocols and confidential information handling
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Advanced typing speed (60+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
