Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route 50+ daily calls
- Greet and screen visitors with exceptional hospitality and discretion
- Coordinate complex executive calendars and meeting logistics
- Oversee conference room scheduling and AV equipment management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Maintain immaculate reception area and supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expense reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with ability to handle confidential information
- Proven multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce a plus)
