Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, and sorting mail

- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and manage office supply inventory
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding and document management
- Collaborate with department heads on special projects and event coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or administrative experience in professional services
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone and in-person etiquette
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
