- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex international meeting scheduling
- Process visitor badges, deliveries, and coordinate executive transportation
- Oversee conference room reservations and AV equipment setup
- Assist with onboarding coordination including badge preparation and welcome packages
- Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR initiatives with candidate scheduling and interview logistics
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or executive assistant experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion handling confidential executive communications
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Professional demeanor with polished business attire
- Experience with badge systems (e.g., Envoy) and video conferencing tools
