Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 100+ daily calls, prioritizing VIP and urgent communications
- Greet/verify all visitors using secure ID badge protocols and coordinate meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail/packages and manage office supply inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist with executive calendar management
- Coordinate catering, transportation, and event logistics for executive meetings
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and processing employment paperwork
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of corporate receptionist experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional appearance with polished business etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Experience with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Teams)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional errands
