- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message accuracy
- Greet and screen all visitors with warm, professional demeanor
- Coordinate executive calendars and complex meeting arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping logistics
- Maintain secure visitor badge system and access control protocols
- Order office supplies and manage inventory control
- Support HR functions including new onboarding documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years executive-level reception experience in professional services
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
