Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, complex scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Compose, edit, and distribute high-level communications, reports, and presentations
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for executives
- Oversee office operations, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as central point of contact
- Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
- Discretion with sensitive information and executive confidentiality
- Experience coordinating complex domestic/international travel
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
