Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate international travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including inventory management and vendor relations
- Coordinate high-profile meetings and corporate events
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Experience working in financial services or professional services a plus
