Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Prepare and edit high-impact presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Streamline office operations through process optimization and digital tools
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and maintain critical project timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
