Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and company events
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and digital filing solutions
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or tech environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Experience with budget management and expense tracking systems
