- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation compliance

Qualifications
- 5+ years executive administrative support experience in corporate/tech environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
