Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex scheduling
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings
- Handle incoming communications with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous accuracy
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
- Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
