Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange high-level meetings
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee administrative systems including travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
