Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Coordinate departmental projects and events with precision and professionalism
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
