Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and financial documentation for executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- High-level discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive executive information
- Associates degree or equivalent administrative certification required
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools
