Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, schedules, and office documentation
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and office calendar management
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document preparation
- Support HR and department heads with clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
