- Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Scheduling: Assist in maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Customer Service: Address visitor questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure the reception area is well-stocked.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are more important than prior experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
