Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk, including receiving and sorting mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications
