Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and packages with accurate tracking
- Support office administration by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking conference rooms
- Maintain reception area appearance and ensure supplies are stocked
- Assist with basic office tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate visitor access and security protocols
- Perform light clerical duties as needed to support departmental operations
Qualifications
