- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive staff
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage conference room reservations
- Perform light clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Support administrative projects with attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualifications
