Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors, coordinate appointments, and maintain visitor logs
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic event logistics
- Maintain professional reception area appearance and functionality
- Assist with HR onboarding tasks including new hire orientations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years customer service or administrative support experience
