Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call handling, email management, and visitor greeting
- Maintain secure visitor log and issue access badges to all guests
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and ensure seamless setup for all appointments
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document scanning, filing, and supply inventory
- Support office management by coordinating mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Qualifications
