Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage the daily operations of the front office, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Documentation: Assist in drafting, proofreading, and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders to ensure the team is always equipped with necessary materials.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling company meetings, team-building events, and corporate functions.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases.
- Vendor Relations: Communicate with external vendors and service providers to ensure office maintenance and utility needs are met.
- Support: Provide general administrative support to department heads and staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
