Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements for executive staff
- Process incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with onboarding new hires including workspace setup and orientation materials
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and confidential documentation
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
