Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Oversee front desk reception and visitor management with professional hospitality
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup, catering, and technology support
- Maintain accurate records for office assets, inventory, and administrative documents
- Assist with new employee onboarding including workspace preparation and orientation
- Collaborate with HR on office culture initiatives and event planning
Qualifications
