Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including supply inventory, mail distribution, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for executive team
- Oversee vendor relationships and service contracts for office services
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain financial records
- Implement office procedures and optimize administrative workflows
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of office administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
