Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including reception, mail handling, and supply inventory
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive calendar management
- Assist with HR functions onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records
- Oversee office maintenance, vendor relationships, and facility services
- Support financial tasks including expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Implement and improve office procedures for operational efficiency

Qualifications
