Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Oversee vendor relationships for office services (cleaning, IT support, etc.)
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain secure document systems
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for department
- Implement office efficiency improvements using technology solutions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- 1-2 years office support or internship experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
