Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take detailed messages, and transfer calls to the correct department.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
