Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain digital filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
- Handle general office administration, including printing, copying, and faxing documents.
- Support the Office Manager and team members with ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread documents for accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
